Our gears are made from semi-steel and generally bolted in 2 parts, and are therefore easy to assemble.
The gears are bored and keyed to the to the shaft dimensions.

At CAPAGRI, the 6 types of Gears are classed as follows :

• HS : Gear With belt supports, rod driven, for a FLAT belt with an external hub
• Z : Gear Without belt supports, rod driven, for a FLAT belt
• KW : Gear with friction drive under the belt, the only type of Gear without spacing.
• NC : Gear with rod and notch drive for the belt, for a NOTCHED Belt with external hub
• NC : Gear with rod and notch drive for the belt, for a NOTCHED Belt with internal hub
• N : Gear for NOTCHED Belt with drive uniquely on the notches of the belt.
